Excellent customer service from start to finish as to be expected from a professional company. The sales manner was pleasant and relaxed thus helping me arrive at my final design choice despite several quotation requests. The installation went ahead as scheduled and was carried out by a first class experienced team who were courteous and tidy throughout. The after sales support was also excellent as I requested a retrofit lock change which was carried out with the minimum of fuss. I am delighted with the final installation and quality of the product and would thoroughly recommend Hilbre Windows to any one.

“The whole team were courteous and attentive to our needs throughout. Nothing was too much trouble. The installer worked diligently and speedily through all weathers especially on the final day when I had a deadline to meet with the security alarm engineer. He is a skilful craftsman and we are very pleased with our new doors and windows. He was extremely tidy and removed all the existing installations and made good externally and internally. I would certainly use the services of Hilbre Windows again.”.

“Excellent service from start to finish, from the salesman to the fitters, to the office staff. The fitters respected my home and made sure everywhere was cleaned up at the end of each day. There were a couple of snags at the end but these were rectified without question and final payment was not requested until I was completely satisfied. Highly recommended.”.

Getting a quote was a breeze, as was having measurements taken and the installation couldn't have gone any better. Took the two lads less than 2 hours from arrival to departure to install the one window I ordered. They were courteous, knowledgeable and even hoovered up afterwards. "We had a front door and 3 windows fitted as well as the conservatory updated with new windows and a glass roof. The staff employed directly by Hilbre Windows were first class. They were punctual each day, worked continuously through out the day and worked to an extremely high standard. All staff were polite and courteous and answered any questions we had along the way with confidence. They left the area they worked in clean each evening and ensured once all the work was completed the whole area was thoroughly cleaned before leaving. I would not hesitate to recommend Hilbre Windows, they are everything they claim to be, an efficient family run business with the customer at the heart of everything they do.

“The initial meeting with Mark to assess the widows and french doors was exactly what I like - up front, no nonsense, fair quote for a quality product. A start date was arranged, and I booked annual leave. However due to staff sickness my start date was postponed, but when Mark contacted me with news and an apology I was offered a reduction in the price as compensation and a new start date was arranged. The work was completed to a very high standard. I am extremely happy with the work, the product and the customer service.”.
